What exactly do I receive when I pay?
A private dashboard that opens immediately: two or three complete concepts written from your answers, contract and NDA templates, booking desks for your shore, and a budget model of the physical execution.
Is the price of the package the cost of my celebration?
No. It is the fee for the creative and legal work. The celebration itself is contracted with operators — a mega-yacht charter from about €25,000 a day, a royal villa from about €15,000 a night — and the calculator shows those figures openly.
How many ideas do I get to choose between?
Two at Essential, three at Elite and Royal. Each is distinct — a different mood, venue logic, flow and cost — so the choice is real.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Card payment in euros on secure pages. Velvet Moments never sees or stores card data, and a receipt is issued automatically.
Do you handle the booking itself?
Charters, venues, aviation and catering are contracted directly between you and the operating house through the desks in your dashboard. At Royal tier a named director runs the coordination.
How is my privacy protected?
A mutual NDA and privacy deed come with every tier. No guest name, vessel or venue leaves the studio, and we publish no client testimonials.
Can the fee be credited against the event?
At Royal tier the fee is credited in full against your production fee when the studio produces the celebration.
Which destinations do you cover?
Fifteen shores, from Porto Montenegro and the Amalfi Coast to St Barts, Dubai, the Maldives and the Seychelles.
