Terms of Service
Last updated 2026. These terms govern every blueprint package purchased on this site.
1. Scope of service
Velvet Moments sells blueprint packages: written celebration concepts, vendor specifications, contract templates, booking-desk access and budget modelling. A blueprint is a planning deliverable. It is not itself a charter, venue reservation, catering contract or travel service, and it does not create a booking on your behalf.
2. Packages and pricing
Three packages are offered: Essential Marine Blueprint €199, Elite Coastal Planner €399 and Royal Private Experience €799. All prices are in euro (EUR), inclusive of applicable taxes where charged, and payable in full at checkout. Prices may change for future purchases but never after your payment is taken.
3. Payment
Payment is processed by Stripe. By completing checkout you authorise a single charge of the stated amount in EUR. Access to the unlocked dashboard, concepts, contract templates and booking desks is granted immediately on confirmation of payment.
4. Right of withdrawal and refunds
Because deliverables are digital and unlocked instantly, you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge the loss of the statutory fourteen-day withdrawal right on delivery. If the dashboard fails to unlock after a successful payment, or the deliverables are not provided, a full refund is issued within fourteen days of written request.
5. Fee credit
Where a Royal Private Experience purchase is followed by a signed production mandate with Velvet Moments, the blueprint fee is credited in full against the production fee. The credit is personal to the purchaser and is not exchangeable for cash.
6. Third-party bookings and commission disclosure
Verified Luxury Booking Desks connect you to independent operating houses and marketplaces. Contracts for charters, venues, aviation and catering are formed directly between you and those suppliers under their own terms, prices and cancellation policies. We may receive a commission from a supplier on such bookings at no additional cost to you. Availability, pricing and dates shown by suppliers are theirs and are subject to change.
7. Client obligations
You confirm the information given in the planner is accurate, that you are eighteen or older, and that you have authority to commission work on behalf of the principal named. Deliverables are licensed for your own private use and may not be resold, published or supplied to competing agencies.
8. Confidentiality
Both parties hold the engagement, its contents and the identity of the other in strict confidence. Templates supplied with a package, including the mutual NDA and the security protocol, are drafting aids and should be reviewed by your own counsel before execution.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with a blueprint package is limited to the fees actually paid for that package. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, nor for the acts, omissions, cancellations or insolvency of third-party suppliers. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence.
10. Force majeure
Neither party is in breach for delay or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, including weather, port closure, airspace restriction, strike, epidemic or governmental action. Where a concept cannot proceed for such reasons, the written weather-alternate plan supplied with your package applies.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Montenegro, and the courts of Montenegro have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections available to you in your country of residence.
